Processing company financial statements in IDL.KONSIS
As a beginner in working with this system, this seminar is for you if you want to get to know the logic behind the system and how to apply basic processing techniques. Your goal as a so-called company financial statement user is to integrate the basic data into the system and to recognize and eliminate errors in order to ensure that the company financial statements are submitted on time. You will learn what effects your entries will have on the subsequent consolidation and will thus be prepared for possible questions and problems of the consolidator.
The aim of the consolidator just mentioned is to learn about the interaction of parameterization of master data, the use of the monitors, etc. as part of this seminar.

- Advanced IDL.KONSIS users who want to deepen, refresh or improve their basic knowledge of IDL.KONSIS.

- User interface
- Explanation of master data
- Entry / processing of master data
- Entry / processing of account balances and IC account balances
- Recording / processing of transaction balances
- Data import (various variants, including IDL.XLSLINK)
- Company financial statement postings (e.g. HBII adjustments)
- Transfer to a new fact
- Working with different facts
- Reports at the company level
- Early IC clearing and deciphering procedure
- Preparation and reconciliation of the period carryforwards
- Creation of check rules
Previous knowledge
- Basic theoretical knowledge from the area of preparing consolidated financial statements would be helpful, but is not required.
Methodology
- Small seminar group with a maximum of 10 participants
- Detailed explanations by an experienced trainer
- Practical implementation of the contents on the basis of a continuous case study under expert guidance
- Practical cooperation of the participants on their own training computer
- Documents accompanying the seminar; also for the proper use of the acquired skills after the training
