Knowledge makes the difference

Thomas Cook AG is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the London-based Thomas Cook Group plc. The company is among the world's biggest travel companies and one of the most important in Europe, selling its products in more than 10,000 travel agencies across Germany. Customers especially appreciate the high quality and the large variety of travel destinations of the company that was already established in 1841 in England.

A planning package including the income statement and balance sheet was created at the project onset for global planning and reporting.
The data were populated with plan data and a simultaneous intercompany alignment is available. In a second step, the data were processed in KONSIS. The data were transmitted to TM 1 based on IDLKONSIS, followed by the reporting development.
